Rich Ranieri chose to name his deli Fulla Bologna with bologna pronounced “baloney” because it’s a slang term implying that someone may not be telling the whole truth. He carried out the theme in the menu, so sandwiches come in two sizes: the six inch Fibber or the ten inch Pinocchio. In addition to a soup of the day, there is also a special Fibber or Pinocchio sandwich of the day. There are sixteen other sandwich choices with names like “Plead the 5th,” “Malarkey,” “Con Artist,” even “Blago.” If you don’t see a sandwich combination that appeals to you, you can build your own.
Or choose one of our imaginative salads, such as a tomato and peach, asparagus with prosciutto, or kale with red onion, blue cheese,cucumbers, bacon, and tomatoes.
In addition, Fulla Bologna features antipasto platters, freshly made pizza, Italian coffee, cookies, and nutella croissants.
